Shipping your parcel
Parcels are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days of receiving payment. They are sent by Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be sent to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs depend on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are suitably sized and your items are properly protected.
