What are the opening hours of the Fleur de Café coffee shop in Sancerre?
The coffee shop is open on Wednesday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Thursday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and on Sunday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Can I buy whole bean or ground coffee there?
Yes. All our specialty coffees are sold as whole beans, or ground to order for your brewing method (espresso, filter, French press, moka pot…).
What can I eat and drink at the coffee shop?
Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, cold brew, tea and herbal tea, hot chocolate and lemonade, to enjoy in or take away, with sweet treats: affogato, ice cream tubs, homemade cookies and desserts.
Where are the coffees roasted?
In our roasting workshop at the Jardin de Marie, in Neuilly-en-Sancerre, a few kilometres from the coffee shop. We roast specialty coffees scoring over 80 SCA points in small batches.
Can I order the coffees online?
Yes, all our coffees are available on fleurdecafe.fr, whole bean or ground, with free delivery on orders over €50 in mainland France.
