Any subscription taken out with Fleur de Café implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. No conflicting condition set by the customer shall prevail over these terms unless we accept it in writing.

• A delivery address in mainland France.
The subscription has no minimum term, subject to a minimum order of 2 kg of coffee per month, exclusively for our Brazil coffee.
ARTICLE 3 - Pricing
Prices are those in force at the time of subscription. Fleur de Café reserves the right to change its prices at any time due to fluctuations in raw material prices or logistics costs. Any price change will be notified at least 8 days before it applies. The applicable VAT rate is the one in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 4 - Payment terms
Payment is made by direct debit from the company's bank account on the 25th of each month. For a first purchase, payment must be made before the goods are shipped.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend all deliveries and withdraw any price benefits granted.
ARTICLE 5 - Delivery and receipt
Deliveries are made each month between the 1st and the 5th, to the address given when subscribing. Products are delivered subject to stock availability. On receipt, the customer must check the condition of the goods. If anything is missing or damaged, specific reservations must be noted on the delivery document and confirmed within 48 hours by email to contact@fleurdecafe.fr. After this period, no claim can be accepted.
ARTICLE 6 - Storage
The customer undertakes to strictly follow the storage conditions for the products, namely in a place protected from humidity. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to failure to follow these conditions.
ARTICLE 7 - Changing or cancelling the subscription
The subscription renews automatically each month. The customer may change or cancel it at any time with one month's notice. Any request to change or cancel must be sent by email to contact@fleurdecafe.fr before the 20th of the current month to take effect the following month.

Goods delivered remain the property of Fleur de Café until paid in full. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to recover any goods still in the customer's possession.

The place of payment is Neuilly-en-Sancerre. Any dispute relating to these terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bourges, even in the case of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
